All mainland UK and Northern Ireland orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
Once orders are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for processing and an additional 2 - 4 business days for delivery. Unless it is a presale then see product description for posting dates.
Sugar High is NOT liable for any packages delayed by Royal Mail.

While Sugar High aims to get orders out to you via next day shipping, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed or have the incorrect address.
Once an item has dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to then follow up with for yourselves. This means once the package leaves us it is out of our hands. Sugar High is also not responsible for items that are damaged due to warmer months, adverse weather conditions, and other delays by our chosen courier.
